I remember as a kid grabbing dandelions and blowing to watch the small white tufts scatter and cover the ground. I didn’t know at that time you were supposed to make a wish as you blew the seeds. In fact, even now I’m not really certain where and when this practice came to be and the purpose behind it.
The very idea of wishing at times seems to be a difficult concept to grasp. I’m a starter. I’m an entrepreneur. I want to do things. I don’t want to wish about things. I want to make things happen. Wishing is too passive of an approach. Rather than wishing for something to happen I choose to do what I can to make them happen. If you have an idea, if you have a dream, don’t sit back and wish on it to happen, do something about it.
Of course it’s impossible to make everything happen and of course there’s nothing wrong with wishing. But above all don’t sit back and lose your life wishing.
"Wishing of all strategies, is the worst."
